Talent Sourcer

About the role

Abacus is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre‑screening calls with candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and generate sourcing reports.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent sourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, resourceful and eager to learn.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing platforms).
• Boolean search techniques.
