Team Lead – AI & Software Development

About the role

Techloset Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a group of 5–8 developers delivering AI and software solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5–8 developers across AI and software projects.
• Communicate directly with clients in English to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
• Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain quality standards for all AI and software deliverables.
• Own project outcomes from kickoff through final handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in AI and software development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Problem‑solver who leads by example without micromanagement.
