About the role
Westcrew Networks is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee its BPO operations on the night shift. The role involves guiding a team of agents, ensuring high performance, and supporting continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily team operations during night shift.
- Monitor performance metrics, attendance, and productivity.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Support onboarding and training of new agents.
- Prepare operational reports and drive process improvements.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or similar leadership role in a BPO or call‑center environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Experience with performance management and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Availability for full‑time onsite night shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Competence in Google Sheets.
