Team Leader for Export Sales

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Team Leader to drive our international freight forwarding business. You will lead a dedicated sales team, shape export sales strategies, and ensure strong client relationships while coordinating closely with operations and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the export sales team.
- Design and implement effective export sales strategies.
- Generate new export freight business and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates.
- Coordinate daily activities with Operations and Customer Services teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of export logistics and freight services.
- Leadership, team‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
