Team Manager – Sales & Leadership

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking an energetic Team Manager to lead a sales team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for building, coaching, and motivating a group of professionals to achieve business targets and drive growth in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and manage a team of at least eight members.
• Ensure that a minimum of four active members generate consistent business production.
• Drive sales performance and meet monthly targets.
• Motivate, train, and provide ongoing leadership to the team.
• Perform effectively under pressure while demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Target‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is advantageous.
