Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join Flipdish’s Success organisation. You will own a portfolio of restaurant clients, act as their trusted advisor and combine commercial account ownership with technical problem‑solving to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a focused portfolio of restaurant clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase subscription revenue, product adoption and usage of Flipdish features.
• Monitor customer health metrics, usage and order performance, proactively addressing churn risks.
• Manage the escalation pipeline to Support and Product, ensuring issues are triaged, prioritised and resolved.
• Serve as the technical bridge for the Strategic Account Management team, turning recurring pain points into actionable feedback for Product and Support.
• Utilise Salesforce, Looker and internal dashboards to diagnose problems, develop account plans and report on performance.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing B2B SaaS accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical issues into business impact.
• Proactive, data‑driven approach to customer health and churn prevention.
