About the role
ibex is seeking a Technical Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end AI and enterprise integration projects. The role blends technical expertise with client coordination, project execution, and vendor management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions, gather requirements and devise solutions for client requests.
- Coordinate implementation activities across internal IT, operations teams and external vendors.
- Build and manage implementation plans, timelines and trackers, ensuring risk and dependency monitoring.
- Handle client meetings, project updates, escalations and post‑go‑live support.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience coordinating technical implementations or integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Required skills
- APIs, REST APIs & Webhooks.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Contact‑center technologies such as Genesys or Five9.
- CRM and SaaS integration experience.
- AI/LLM integration knowledge.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.
