Technical Customer Service Representative (Gorgias)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a senior‑level Technical Customer Service Representative to provide high‑quality support for Gorgias users. This full‑time remote position works with global teammates in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment, offering an immediate start for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level technical support via Gorgias CRM (email, chat, and troubleshooting).
• Analyze data and propose insights to improve the customer experience.
• Own ticket resolution from start to finish with urgency and accountability.
• Monitor backlogs and ensure prompt resolution of all customer queries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support customer success.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year hands‑on experience using Gorgias.
• At least 1 year experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort navigating CRMs.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and resourceful.
• Experience in e‑commerce or SaaS support is a strong plus.
