About the role
We are looking for a senior‑level Technical Customer Service Representative to join TalentPop’s remote support team. You will work with global e‑commerce brands, handling technical inquiries through the Gorgias CRM platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level technical support via email, chat and troubleshooting using Gorgias.
- Analyze support data and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
- Own ticket resolution from start to finish, ensuring timely closure.
- Monitor backlogs and prioritize queries to maintain service standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to support customer success.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Gorgias CRM.
- 1 + year in technical support or troubleshooting roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and curiosity.
- Experience in e‑commerce or SaaS support is a plus.
