Technical Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. The role focuses on delivering high‑level technical assistance through the Gorgias CRM platform for e‑commerce clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, chat, and troubleshooting using Gorgias.
• Analyze support data and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
• Own ticket resolution from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
• Monitor backlog queues and guarantee prompt handling of all inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support customer success.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Gorgias.
• 1 + year experience in technical support or troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort navigating CRMs.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious and resource‑ful.
• Experience in e‑commerce or SaaS support is a strong plus.
