Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of technology projects across multiple product and engineering teams. Working closely with product managers, engineering leads, QA, design and business stakeholders, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects and product initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and delivery plans in partnership with product and engineering leads.
• Drive sprint and release planning, backlog management and project tracking.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and coordinate production releases.
• Track team velocity, resource utilization and delivery metrics.
• Support engineering leadership with resource planning and capacity management.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, governance and reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience managing web, mobile and backend development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban delivery frameworks.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered products, large language models and automation tools is a plus.
