Technical Development Lead – IoT & Mobile Apps

About the role

Chai Vision is seeking a Technical Development Lead to own the technical strategy, hands‑on development, and delivery of Lifepro's connected fitness ecosystem across iOS, Android, Tuya, and the Copilot/Star platform. You will translate business priorities into scalable solutions, driving execution from hardware readiness through app release.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical architecture, standards, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain production iOS and Android applications using Flutter, React Native, Swift, and Kotlin, including BLE, Wi‑Fi provisioning, and OTA updates.
• Integrate Tuya SDK and Copilot/Star APIs for device control, data sync, and cloud features.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, app store submissions, and production issue resolution.
• Coordinate with factories, platform providers, and internal teams to ensure firmware compatibility, certification, and release readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering production mobile apps on both iOS and Android.
• Hands‑on technical leader comfortable with code, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across time zones.
• Proactive mentor ready to build and grow a development team.

Required skills

• Flutter/Dart and React Native/TypeScript.
• Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development.
• Integration of Tuya SDK (BLE/Wi‑Fi, OTA) and Copilot/Star APIs.
• Git, CI/CD, App Store Connect, Google Play Console.
• AI‑assisted development tools and documentation practices.
