Technical Guide & Training Content Specialist

About the role

The Auctus Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Guide & Training Content Specialist to join its remote Training Department. You will create, maintain, and standardize user guides, SOPs, and training materials for internal systems and new technologies, ensuring employees have clear, accessible resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concise, user‑friendly technical guides, SOPs, and training documentation for internal platforms.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and other teams to gather requirements and map workflows.
• Document new technology implementations and system updates, keeping existing guides accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Standardize formatting, structure, and organization across all training assets.
• Translate complex technical processes into easy‑to‑understand instructions for non‑technical users.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives with structured learning materials.
• Identify documentation gaps and proactively create resources.
• Maintain version control and proper storage of all documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, training content development, or process documentation.
• Strong ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable steps.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
