Technical Job Application Specialist (US Software Engineering Roles)

About the role

SuperiorTech is looking for a highly organized Technical Job Application Specialist to help software engineering candidates secure remote, contract, and full‑time positions in the United States. You will act as the bridge between candidates and hiring platforms, ensuring each application is tailored, accurate, and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant US‑based software engineering roles across major job boards.
• Interpret technical job descriptions to assess candidate fit for Frontend, Backend, Full‑Stack, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and DevOps positions.
• Customize résumés, cover letters, and online profiles for each opportunity.
• Submit applications on platforms such as LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Wellfound, and others.
• Track application status and maintain organized pipelines using spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Coordinate follow‑up schedules with candidates and hiring contacts.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of all candidate information throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying for US‑based jobs.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical job requirements.
• Familiarity with major job platforms (LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Wellfound).
• Understanding of software engineering roles across multiple specializations.
