Technical Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Technical Marketing Specialist to drive data‑focused marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced startup environment. The role blends content creation, campaign management, and deep analytics to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and improve user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign data and marketing analytics to measure performance, identify improvement opportunities and report KPI insights.
• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns, including retargeting, audience targeting and conversion tracking across Meta, Reddit, X, Google, Bing and other platforms.
• Build and maintain complex reports in Google Analytics and set up tracking with Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters and Zapier automations.
• Manage affiliate outreach, SEO audits, and implement on‑page improvements approved by the Head of Marketing.
• Create product‑related content such as help articles, in‑app tours, AI chat‑bot scripts and ad copy that reflect genuine value propositions.
• Document high‑quality leads for ABM efforts and support sales pipeline development using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or campaign management.
• Proactive self‑starter with strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new marketing tools and workflows.
