Technical Project Manager – AI & SaaS Projects

About the role

Wanile Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead AI‑powered and SaaS initiatives from its Johar Town office. You will work closely with engineering, product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Allocate resources, track progress, and manage milestones.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage changes to project plans while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and collaboration practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Proven project‑management experience, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Technical understanding of software development lifecycles, SaaS architectures, and AI/ML concepts such as large language models, NLP, and machine learning.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, product, QA, DevOps).
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
