Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource utilization, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects across multiple workstreams.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor progress, resource allocation, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage scope changes and minimize scope creep.
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers and develop mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary contact for international clients, maintaining clear communication and relationship management.
• Conduct project meetings, provide regular updates, and communicate status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional and offshore teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Implement project management best practices, governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Prepare status reports, risk registers, action plans, and executive‑level updates.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of experience managing IT/software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project management frameworks.
• Proven experience dealing with international clients and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle escalations, and drive projects to successful delivery.
