Technical Project Manager (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of our core technology and engineering initiatives. This remote contract role bridges software, engineering, and product teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with global stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, set timelines and budgets, and track progress using standard metrics.
• Lead, motivate, and direct project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, devise mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, performance reports, and budget forecasts to international leadership and clients.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of proven project‑management experience delivering end‑to‑end projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones, cultures, and geographical teams.
• Strong knowledge of standard frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with basic QA lifecycles and software deployment processes.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting using advanced Excel or financial ERP systems.
• Experience building flowcharts, process maps, and Work Breakdown Structures with tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
• Must have a reliable backup power supply, internet connection, and a working laptop.
