Technical Sales Manager

About the role

Delta Displays is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth of its premium LED display and digital signage solutions in Pakistan. Based in Islamabad, you will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to identify new opportunities, guide clients through complex product selections, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SMD LED screens, video walls and digital signage.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and translate technical specifications into clear business benefits for clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation and support teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, handling inquiries, upselling and after‑sales support.
• Prepare sales proposals, reports and forecasts, contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within audio‑visual, IT or display technology sectors.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of relationship building and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using basic CRM tools for pipeline and client management.
