Technical SEO & Content Marketing Executive

About the role

Dial Edge Telecom is looking for a Technical SEO & Content Marketing Executive to own the technical health and search performance of its website while serving as the on‑camera face of the brand on social media. You will create video‑led content, improve SEO, and generate qualified B2B leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve crawlability issues, optimise site structure, navigation, internal linking, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags and redirects.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, page speed and implement schema/structured data.
• Translate complex telecom concepts into clear SEO‑friendly content and produce short‑form videos, reels and educational series.
• Plan content calendars, write scripts, appear on camera, record, edit and publish videos with captions, thumbnails and platform‑specific formats.
• Develop ethical link‑building strategies, monitor backlinks and support domain authority growth.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, leads and conversions; prepare regular SEO and video‑performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on technical SEO experience and proven video‑content production.
• Portfolio or showreel with at least three on‑camera videos and examples of SEO work.
• Strong written and spoken English with clear pronunciation and confident on‑camera presence.

Required skills

• Google Search Console, GA4, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, Looker Studio.
• Video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Link‑building, off‑page SEO, analytics and reporting.
