Technical Support Associate

About the role

Howmuch Pvt Limited is looking for a Technical Support Associate to join the team that powers its retail and restaurant management POS solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software for clients and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and peripheral devices.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, IP addresses and related components.
• Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches.
• Troubleshoot system failures, bugs and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct maintenance sessions to identify and fix inefficiencies.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users.
• Assist in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract terms.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, IT components and internet security principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is advantageous.
