Technical Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team supporting Howmuch's Retail and Restaurant Management POS solutions. You will ensure hardware and software operate smoothly, assist users, and help maintain our network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, IP addresses and related components.
• Perform regular system upgrades to keep environments up‑to‑date.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide effective solutions.
• Arrange maintenance sessions to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Provide timely technical support and train users on proper computer usage.
• Assist in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, IT components, internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM is advantageous.
