About the role
Careception is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join its US‑based agency team. The role focuses on resolving technical issues, supporting daily operations, and maintaining smooth system performance while communicating with US clients.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.
- Support day‑to‑day operations with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US‑based clients.
- Ensure systems run smoothly without constant supervision.
Required profile
- Fluent, confident English communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting capability.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.
- Responsible mindset and comfort working night shifts.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 120,000 to 150,000 per month.
- Night‑shift allowance.
