About the role
Techloset Solutions is seeking a Technical Team Leader to bridge clients and a development team of 5–8 engineers. You will oversee AI‑focused software projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and clear communication in English.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of 5–8 developers on AI and software development projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, setting expectations and providing regular status updates.
- Translate client needs into detailed, actionable tasks for the development team.
- Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks and drive on‑time delivery.
- Maintain quality standards across all AI and software deliverables.
- Take ownership of project outcomes from initiation through final handover.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years experience in a Team Lead, Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong technical background in AI and software development.
- Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks and modern software development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem‑solver who leads by example without micromanagement.
