Technician – Solar & Power Systems

About the role

Crown Micro Global is seeking a full‑time Technician to join its Lahore site. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic panels, inverters, power conversion equipment and energy storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install photovoltaic systems, inverters and related power equipment on customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs on solar and energy storage hardware.
• Diagnose equipment faults, conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
• Carry out operational testing to verify system efficiency and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful system implementation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.

Required profile

• Certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Prior experience in the energy or power‑solutions industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
