Tele Sales Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Representative to join our Lahore team. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, promote our products and services, and work towards achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
• Present and sell products or services persuasively.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
• Answer customer inquiries and deliver accurate product information.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback and suggestions to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of sales experience (or a strong desire to learn).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
