Telecom Sales Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telecom Sales Specialist to join our on‑site team in Lahore and handle inbound sales calls from customers in the United States. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours, offering the chance to sell a range of telecom and security services while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from US customers and guide them through product options.
• Sell Internet, TV, home phone, and home security services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom sales or similar inbound sales roles.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong sales and closing abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours that correspond to US time zones.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience using a CRM platform.
