Telemarketer – Outbound B2B Sales

About the role

The Telemarketer will work on-site in Rawalpindi, making outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers to promote Intellivision’s internet and VoIP solutions. This full‑time position focuses on generating interest, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and existing clients.
• Introduce and explain Intellivision’s internet and VoIP offerings.
• Qualify leads, handle basic inquiries and follow up on previous contacts.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales and advisory teams.
• Record call outcomes and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team targets for call volume, lead conversion and appointment setting.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport over the phone.
• Customer‑service mindset with the capacity to handle objections professionally.
• Sales orientation to identify opportunities and present solutions persuasively.
• Effective appointment‑scheduling skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or call‑management tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rawalpindi, follow structured scripts and achieve performance targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
• Prior telemarketing or call‑center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
