Telemarketer – Outbound Sales Calls

About the role

The Telemarketer will join Run My Property’s fast‑paced team in Lahore, making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce the company’s property‑related services, qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales and property‑management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to promote property services and generate qualified leads.
• Explain features and benefits of offerings, answer basic inquiries and schedule follow‑up meetings.
• Update call records and log interactions in the CRM or call‑tracking system.
• Follow up on warm leads and strive to meet daily call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine scripts, share customer feedback and support overall sales goals.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Customer‑service mindset with ability to handle inquiries and book accurate appointments.
• Sales orientation focused on ethical, consultative lead qualification and support.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM/call‑tracking tools.
• Full‑time onsite availability in Lahore and ability to meet performance targets.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local language a plus.
• Prior telemarketing, call‑center or real‑estate experience preferred but not required.
