Telemarketer – Telesales Representative (On‑site, Islamabad)

About the role

Medic Galleria International (MGI) is seeking a full‑time Telemarketing Representative to join its on‑site sales team in Islamabad. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, promoting MGI’s luxury real‑estate projects, including the flagship MGI Paradise development.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Present MGI’s real‑estate offerings, answer inquiries, and provide detailed project information.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system after each call.
• Prepare daily and weekly call reports for the sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product training teams to meet individual and team targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma minimum; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in telesales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Fluency in Urdu and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in a target‑driven environment.
