Telemarketing Agent – Immediate Joiner Preferred

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Agent to join our Lahore office immediately. In this full‑time position you will contact potential and existing customers by phone, introduce our digital products and services, and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following approved scripts and campaign guidelines.
• Explain product offerings clearly, handle questions and objections, and qualify leads.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM or call‑logging system.
• Provide courteous phone support, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Achieve daily and monthly call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, sharing feedback to improve campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing attitude with excellent phone etiquette.
• Basic sales skills such as lead qualification and objection handling.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment with good time‑management and resilience.
• Prior telemarketing or call‑center experience is preferred, but motivated entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new software tools.
• Minimum intermediate/high‑school education; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken English and Urdu; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lahore and maintain punctuality.
