Telemarketing Executive

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calls and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
Required profile
- Minimum of 6 months experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management.
