Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calls and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management.
