Telesales Agent

About the role

Star Connect Call Center is seeking a full‑time Telesales Agent to work on‑site in Karachi. You will engage both outbound and inbound callers, promote client products or services, and close sales while adhering to company scripts and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate and convert sales leads.
• Explain product features, answer customer questions, and close sales in line with targets.
• Record accurate call details and customer information in the system.
• Follow up on leads, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Maintain a professional, courteous tone and work within defined scripts and guidelines.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, with active listening.
• Customer service experience and ability to manage inquiries and concerns.
• Sales experience, including lead conversion, negotiation, and KPI achievement.
• Ability to learn new products quickly and apply coaching feedback.
• Prior call‑center or telesales experience, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with CRM or call‑management tools.
• Reliability, time‑management, resilience under pressure, and teamwork orientation.
