About the role

Smart Professional Accounting & Tax Services is seeking a motivated Telesales Business Consultant to join its Lahore office. You will be responsible for promoting the firm’s accounting, taxation, audit, and business consultancy services to prospective clients through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via outbound telephone calls.
• Introduce and explain the company’s range of services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English with a clear, neutral Asian accent.
• Confident, persuasive, target‑driven personality.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
