Telesales Executive

About the role

Paradigm Energy is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join its Karachi team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will promote the company’s solar energy solutions to prospective and existing customers, helping them transition to clean, renewable power.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate interest in solar products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, answer questions, and provide clear information about solutions.
• Qualify leads, record interactions, and update the CRM system accurately.
• Follow up on leads, coordinate with the sales team, and support the closing of opportunities.
• Achieve defined sales and performance targets on a daily/weekly basis.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve call scripts and share customer feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to resolve concerns professionally.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑center software.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient in a high‑call‑volume environment, and able to follow structured processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in telesales, call centres, or the energy/solar sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
