About the role

We are looking for a confident and results‑driven Telesales Executive to join our on‑site team in Bahria Town, Lahore. The role focuses on outbound and inbound sales activities targeting international clients in the UK and US markets, with a strong emphasis on B2B relationships and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to international (UK/US) prospects.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Present and promote company services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Address objections and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate call, lead, and follow‑up records in CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of telesales and cold‑calling experience.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in dealing with international clients.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
• Prior experience in a call‑center or international sales environment is a plus.
