Telesales Executive – Solar Energy Solutions

About the role

EZE Solar Energy is seeking a full‑time Telesales Executive to join its Karachi office. You will contact prospective and existing customers, introduce solar energy products, and help them understand the benefits of clean, affordable power.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for solar solutions.
• Handle inbound inquiries, answer basic questions, and provide courteous support.
• Schedule appointments for field sales teams and update the CRM with accurate call logs.
• Track and report daily call activity, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the sales tracking system.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Customer service experience with a professional, solution‑focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of solar energy concepts or willingness to learn quickly.
• Previous telesales, call‑center, or inside‑sales experience is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads and call logs.
• Experience using telephony systems for outbound and inbound calls.
