Telesales Officer

About the role

The Telesales Officer will work on‑site in Karachi, contacting prospective and existing customers to promote Paradigm Energy’s solar solutions. This full‑time position focuses on generating sales through outbound calls, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to present solar energy solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing, answering any customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the sales CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, nurture ongoing customer relationships, and support post‑sale queries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding service standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales‑operations abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for engaging prospects.
• Solid analytical skills to understand customer needs and report on performance.
• Comfortable working on the phone, using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Prior experience in telesales, call‑center operations, or retail sales is preferred.
• Interest or knowledge of renewable energy and solar solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a diverse team.
