Telesales Representative

About the role

Flexsource International is seeking experienced Telesales Representatives to join an Air Duct Cleaning campaign in Karachi. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, engaging customers, and converting inquiries into scheduled service appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer calls professionally, addressing queries about air duct cleaning services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales and appointment bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company system.
• Achieve individual and campaign sales targets.
• Follow company procedures and uphold service quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of telesales or call‑center experience.
• Prior experience as a Team Leader or Closer in an air‑duct‑cleaning campaign is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales abilities.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Available for on‑site work in Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi.

Required skills

• Effective phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Base salary of PKR 35,000–60,000 per month plus commission.
