Telesales Representative

About the role

EarthLink Consultants is hiring a Telesales Representative to manage prospective student leads and turn them into consultations and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Handle assigned leads generated through digital marketing, website inquiries, social media and other channels.
• Make 50 to 70 international calls per day to assigned leads.
• Contact new leads promptly, understand their study‑abroad requirements and qualify them based on academic background, destination, program, budget and intake.
• Maintain accurate lead status, call records, notes and follow‑up dates in the CRM.
• Conduct continuous follow‑up via calls and WhatsApp, nurture leads until conversion or closure, and coordinate qualified leads with the admissions/counselling team.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum high school qualification (12 years of education).
• Strong English speaking and communication skills.
• Comfortable making and receiving international calls.
• Confident, persuasive and target‑oriented with strong follow‑up and lead management abilities.
• Previous telesales, telemarketing, sales or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh candidates with strong English skills may also apply.
