Telesales Representative (Night Shift)

About the role
We are looking for a confident communicator to join our USA Telecom campaign as a Telesales Representative. This full‑time, night‑shift position (8 PM – 5 AM) is based onsite at G4 Johar Town, Lahore and focuses on generating sales through outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective customers and promote telecom services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high call quality.
- Update CRM records with accurate call outcomes and customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
- Previous telecom or call‑center experience is preferred.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work night hours.
