Telesales Representative (Night Shift)

About the role
We are seeking confident communicators to join our USA Telecom campaign as Telesales Representatives. The role is focused on outbound cold‑calling to promote telecom services, operating during the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) from our Lahore office.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Present telecom products and services, addressing customer queries.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call scripts and techniques.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
- Background in telecom or call‑center environments is preferred.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work night hours.
