Telesales Representative – Night Shift (USA Inbound Cable Internet)

About the role
We are looking for energetic Telesales Representatives to join our USA‑based inbound cable internet campaign. The position works the night shift and focuses on handling inbound calls, promoting internet services, and converting prospects into satisfied customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide information about cable internet packages.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Fluency and confidence on phone calls.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous sales or call‑center experience preferred.
- Professional attitude when dealing with customers.
