About the role
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results‑driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, and generating qualified leads for our business.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Western businesses, especially USA, to introduce services and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to convert qualified leads.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Confident and professional phone manner; self‑motivated, persistent, and target‑oriented.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
