About the role
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Representative to join our team in Lahore. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting our services, and closing sales over the phone while delivering a professional, customer‑focused experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present, promote and sell company services effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow company guidelines and compliance standards.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English speaking ability.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous telesales or call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.
