Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will engage prospective B2B customers, verify leads from our CRM, and guide them through the sales process while maintaining strong relationships. This position focuses on the electronics manufacturing sector and operates across various time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify leads in the CRM, taking detailed notes and creating follow‑up tasks.
• Contact potential customers to identify decision‑makers and present our services.
• Close sales deals and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer information within the CRM system.
• Perform additional sales‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of B2B business development or telesales experience.
• Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work according to the customer’s time zone.
• Stable internet connection and a computer or laptop.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

What we offer

• Base salary of approximately USD 400 per month.
• Bonus of USD 10 for the first RFQ from each new customer.
• Commission of 3 % on order value.
