Terminal Operations Manager

About the role

Gatronova is looking for an experienced Terminal Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities across its Keamari and Port Qasim facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant handling of chemical products while supporting commercial goals and asset reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal activities including receipts, storage, dispatches, and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage stock accuracy, gain/loss monitoring, and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of tanks, pipelines, pumps, and loading equipment.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and shutdown planning.
• Collaborate with plant, logistics, fleet, and commercial teams to ensure uninterrupted product movement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements; participate in audits and safety initiatives.
• Review operational documentation (PRs, POs, transport billing, stock transfers) and monitor costs.
• Lead and develop terminal staff across multiple sites, driving performance and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in terminal operations, bulk storage, logistics or industrial operations.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas or similar industrial storage environments preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management abilities.
