Territory Manager – Consumer Goods Sales

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to grow in‑store presence and exceed sales targets for its health, hygiene and nutrition brands in Rawalpindi. You will lead a field sales team, develop strategies and contribute to the company’s mission of a cleaner, healthier world.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and guide the team to exceed targets.
• Design and execute field sales strategies to maximise reach and visibility across the territory.
• Lead training sessions to develop the skills of field sales representatives.
• Analyse sales data and use insights to optimise future strategies.
• Facilitate cross‑department collaboration to ensure unified support for sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
