About the role

The Territory Sales Executive will lead distributor and trade activities within the assigned territory, ensuring efficient distribution operations and meeting sales targets. This role combines field sales leadership with strategic planning to drive growth and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive volume and sales growth to meet business ambitions.
• Increase competitive visibility in stores.
• Coordinate operational plans and executions with distributors and customers.
• Negotiate joint business plans with customers.
• Plan and manage eRTM, creating optimized routes for field sales representatives.
• Support the territory’s digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor financial metrics such as profitability and gross margin.
• Lead, build, and develop an extended sales team.
• Uphold key performance indicators and conduct post‑execution analysis.

Required profile

• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Hands‑on market presence and willingness to spend time on the street.
• Strategic thinking coupled with strong execution skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor activities.
• High accountability, responsibility, and bias for action.
