Territory Sales Manager

About the role

People Perfect is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to sell chemicals, solvents, flavours and related products to customers across multiple sectors. The role is based on‑site in Lahore and involves regular travel within the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Sell chemicals, solvents, flavours and related products to B2B customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in manufacturing and other relevant industries.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while collaborating with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Chemistry or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries.
• Good knowledge of industrial chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, solvents and cosmetics sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales software.
